Robber Run is a stealth puzzle game where you play as a skilled thief performing a series of robberies within well secured buildings. In each level you must observe the guards’ patrol routes, evade cameras, unlock doors and collect valuables before finding a safe escape.
Each level opens with a typical goal. Get into the building, grab the loot and get out safe.
However, players need to continually analyse their environment in order to reach this goal.
Instead of just running straight to the finish line, Robber Run encourages players to explore the entire map. Many rooms containing bonuses or secret treasures are not located on the main route.
Many important rooms or safes containing valuable items are protected by locks that require manual handling. This isn't a simple button press; it requires precise timing to successfully open them.
This causes the game's pace to constantly change. You must concentrate on unlocking while also keeping an eye out for approaching patrols.
They constantly scan the area according to their own patterns. Just stepping into the surveillance zone for a few seconds will trigger an alarm, and the mission could end immediately.

Robber Run offers approximately 15 different levels, each adding new elements. In the early stages, players mainly learn how to move and avoid cameras.
Later on, the buildings become larger, the number of guards increases, the paths become more complex, and the number of locked doors also increases significantly. This forces players to plan carefully instead of reacting instinctively.
The minimalist number of buttons allows players to focus entirely on strategy and observation.
The most common mistake is trying to run as fast as possible through dangerous areas. Observing a few patrol rounds before moving will help you avoid many unnecessary failures.
Cameras always operate in cycles. Once you understand their scanning direction, bypassing them becomes much simpler.
If you're unsure when it's safe, stay still in a dark area. Waiting a few extra seconds is always better than being detected and having to start over.
Don't just take the shortest route. Bonuses and hidden items are often located in seemingly insignificant areas.
